Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for someone to join us on an 8-hour contract with the flexibility to work additional hours during peak season. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:

• Greet and serve regular guests by name whenever possible
• Maintain good knowledge of food and wine, and make recommendations
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
• Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
• Ensure general cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas
• Serve food and beverages to guests

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience is essential
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Experience with Micros systems is preferable
• Experience in a hotel setting is preferable
