Job summary

Hythe Imperial Hotel in Hythe, Kent, is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our four-star team. You’ll deliver first-class service across breakfast, lunch, and events, welcoming guests and taking orders with a smile.

Full training is provided; prior hospitality experience helps but isn’t required. The role offers varied shifts, a friendly environment, and opportunities to develop in a renowned Kent hotel on the coast.

Qualifications

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at the four-star Hythe Imperial Hotel.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives first-class service, whether they’re joining us for breakfast, afternoon tea, weddings, conferences, private events or dinner in our restaurants and bars.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately.
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard.

• Assisting with weddings, conferences and special events.
