Job summary

New Forest Hotels Plc in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service and support dining operations across our venues.

This permanent, casual role offers an hourly rate between £11.77 and £14.24, holiday accrual, and a service charge. You’ll work with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth guest experiences and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Food hygiene certification is desirable.
