Job summary

Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, part of Alexander Hotels, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for RG's Grillroom Restaurant (2 Rosette). You will serve residents, spa guests and visitors, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner with flexible 5-day shifts including weekends.

The role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving alcoholic beverages, and ensuring a pristine dining area, with benefits and career development opportunities within a premium hotel group.

FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT

£26,436.80 per annum + monthly service charge payment

The Role

Working in our RG's Grillroom Restaurant (2 Rosette standard) serving food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors. Service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends

Offering food and beverage service to dining guests in our fine dining hotel restaurant.5 days per week, flexible shifts covering breakfast/lunch/dinner service, including weekends

• Preparing the restaurant for service
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Taking guest orders
• Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages
• Completing satisfaction checks
• Resolving any service issues
• Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
• Resetting the restaurant at the end of the shift ready for the next service
• Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing

You must have smart appearance, excellent communication skills with apassion for guest service and experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
