Dalata Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager and will upsell to maximise revenue while maintaining professional standards.

You will benefit from training through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities for career growth as the company promotes from within. Previous hospitality experience and fluent English are preferred.

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
