Job Description

The Brabazon Bar

The heart of our resort, serving light dishes, coffees, afternoon tea, and cocktails, with live music on weekends.

The role offers an on-target earning potential of £12.49 - £13.10 per hour, comprising a base of £11.60 - £12.21 plus approximately £0.89 in gratuities.

About the role

This position involves late nights and weekend work. Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a waiter or bartender
• Welcoming guests politely and friendly
• Delivering excellent guest experiences
• Discussing menus, upselling enthusiastically
• Taking and fulfilling guest orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assisting across various outlets to ensure smooth operations

About you

Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred but not essential. We provide comprehensive training. Ideal candidates are passionate about guest service, enjoy engaging conversations, are outgoing, proactive, and sales-oriented.
