Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant to ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional breakfast buffet experience. You’ll maintain buffet presentation, replenish items, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is not essential, but a passion for guest experience, strong communication, and teamwork are required. Availability for early starts from 05:30am and flexible shifts, including weekends, is requested.

• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.

• Serve guests and provide attentive service throughout breakfast.
• Keep dining area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards.

A day in the life of…

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, your primary responsibility will be ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional breakfast buffet experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the buffet presentation, replenishing food and beverage items, serving guests, and providing attentive service throughout breakfast.

You will maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. You may also assist with food preparation andsupport other Food & Beverage operations as required, demonstrating flexibility and agility to meet the needs of the wider business.

Success in this role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Subsidy will be provided if taxi is required before shift starts (subsidy only available before 6am)

What do we need from you?

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Availabilty to be scheduled on for early starts (from 0530am onwards), both on weekdays and weekends.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays when required.
