Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is recruiting a Food and Beverage Assistant for our Perth-based team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area in line with our brand standards.

As part of a dynamic team, you will restock supplies, assist with food preparation when needed, and support colleagues across the hotel. Strong guest service, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential for success.

A day in the life of...

As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You'll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
