We're working with a leading training provider to recruit a Regional Trainer to deliver apprenticeship programmes within the Food & Drink Manufacturing sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production or manufacturing professional who is looking to move into a training role, using their industry knowledge to support the next generation of manufacturing talent. You'll work with apprentices across a range of employer sites, delivering training, coaching and assessment both face-to-face and remotely, supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
As a Regional Trainer, you'll manage your own caseload and diary, visiting apprentices in their workplace and helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.
We're particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in Food & Drink Manufacturing and production environments.
We would also consider candidates coming from Line Leader, Machine Minder, Team Leader, Supervisor or Front-Line Manager backgrounds, particularly where you have experience across multiple production lines and have developed a broader understanding of manufacturing operations.
However, strong industry experience is the priority, and candidates looking to make the move from manufacturing into training are encouraged to apply.
