Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the cafe and site outlets, overseeing day-to-day F&B operations and events. You will manage a small team, ensure excellent service, and drive improvements in income and standards across Wrest Park.

The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, expand operational knowledge, and contribute to an outstanding visitor experience across the site. Flexible hours and progression within heritage are available.

Qualifications

• Sound Knowledge of all kitchen aspect and food production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of our cafe and outlets across site, including during events.
• Lead and support our team of food and beverage assistants to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and enhance our F&B offer while ensuring full compliance with Food Safety Legislation, COSHH, HACCP and other regulations.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage supervisor to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You will be working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to drive and lead the team towards improving income and standards across Wrest Parks outlets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for you to develop leadership skills, expand operational knowledge, and play a key role in enhancing our visitor experience around the whole site.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our cafe and over outlets across site including during events, leading and supporting our team of food and beverage assistants to ensure excellent customer service, helping to develop our F&B offer and ensuring full compliance with Food Safety Legislation, COSHH, HACCP and other legislation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in future development of the F&B offer, considering ways things can be done better, more efficiently and in a cost-effective way. You will have excellent attention to detail, leading a small team to maintain the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.

To be considered as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll need:
