Millennium Hotels UK/EU - Careers is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to lead service across restaurant, bar and breakfast teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, train staff, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in the restaurant, bar, breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Communicate confidently the menu and offerings to customers.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, room charges) per company policy.
• Provide a warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
• Manage daily staffing needs, plan shifts, and support team development.
• Help the team deliver quality and guest satisfaction, handle guest requests and complaints.
• Maintain stock security and minimise waste; assist in inventory procedures.

Salary of £27,060.80 40 hours fully flex

Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:

• The service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, either working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team
• Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
• Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
• Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
• Managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
• Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals. Helping guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
• Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
• Supporting in the management of food and beverage inventory procedures, ensuring minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment are maintained consistently

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• Experience working within a busy hospitality environment
• Confidence handling financial transactions and payment systems
• Experience of Micros or similar POS systems (advantageous)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including breakfasts, evenings, events and occasional late finishes
