A prestigious private members club in London is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations in their dining facilities. The role involves training staff, maintaining standards, and working various shifts, including weekends. Ideal candidates have experience in high-end dining environments and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
The Role
A Food and Beverage Supervisor is sought to assist the smooth running of the department, which includes 7 Conference Rooms with a maximum capacity of 300 people, a coffee bar, a lounge bar, a brasserie restaurant, and a formal dining restaurant. The role is critical in delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to set procedures at all times. The supervisor will undertake all aspects of the food and beverage department, including servicing meeting rooms, working in the restaurant or bar. However, they will be predominantly based in The Club Dining Room. The role requires individuals to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience in Rosetted restaurants, 4 or 5-star hotels, or private members' clubs. They must be committed to exceeding guest expectations and work professionally at all times. Attention to detail is essential. Training the team will be an integral part of the role. An outgoing and friendly personality, with proficiency in the English language, is required. The ability to drive standards forward and maintain them will be critical to the success of the role.
