The Role:

• Motivate the team and lead by example as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in department operations
• Support and deliver training to improve team skills and knowledge
• Maintain a visible presence to respond promptly to customer requests and resolve complaints effectively
• Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experiences
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills for best practice service
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and standards within the hotel
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products and auditing procedures
• Prepare the department for upcoming business days
• Communicate and cooperate with all departments
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations, reporting hazards or incidents
