Job summary

Travelodge Bradford South is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a full-time contract to lead the shift, guide team members, and ensure smooth service across restaurant and bar operations.

You will oversee stock, minimise waste, and run daily huddles to share important updates, while keeping the team motivated during busy periods and helping the hotel deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage supervision or similar.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle busy service periods and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the shift.
• Maintain stock levels and minimise waste.
• Conduct daily huddles with the wider team to communicate key information.
• Keep motivation high across the team.
