Job summary

Travelodge is seeking a Hotel Supervisor on a part-time contract to lead a friendly, motivated team and ensure guests receive a warm welcome. The role emphasizes training, supervision, and maintaining high standards of room presentation and service.

You will work in a supportive, family-like environment with flexible hours and opportunities to progress through Aspire Programme. Join us and contribute to a positive guest experience at our Travelodge hotel in Lowestoft.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or service sectors.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the hotel team to ensure guests are welcomed warmly.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
• Support scheduling and performance feedback to maintain guest satisfaction.
