Job summary

Travelodge Inverness City Centre is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a part-time, hourly basis. The role focuses on leading shifts, maintaining stock and minimising waste while keeping the team motivated.

You will be part of a supportive team with opportunities to progress through the Aspire Programme and enjoy staff discounts and incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the shift and maintain stock levels, minimising waste.
• Conduct daily huddles with the wider team to share key information and maintain motivation.
• Support guest service excellence and food & beverage operations during the shift.
