Food & Beverage Operations Director

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Director to lead our UK and Netherlands operations, ensuring service excellence aligns with brand standards and drives performance. The role focuses on margin enhancement via menu engineering, operating model reviews, and compliance with procurement initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring menu consistency across all hotels
• Ensuring compliance with procurement initiatives
• Reviewing sales mix, offerings, and supply chain
• Improving operating models
• Monitoring performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying deviations, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborating with finance and restaurant teams for monthly performance reviews
• Assessing effectiveness of commercial activities supporting F&B revenues
