LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader to join the F&B operation within the resort hotel. You will lead a dynamic team across multiple restaurants, driving energetic, high-quality service from 7am to 11pm.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and allergy/menu knowledge. A 18+ age requirement applies due to alcohol service; Aramark UK supports an inclusive, development-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is desirable.
• Previous leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible to support business requirements.
• Positive, proactive attitude with responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to build relationships across the business and the wider resort.
• Aged 18 or over due to bar and alcohol service.

We are recruiting for confident Team Leaders to work across our hotel operation within the Food and Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Our Hotel Food & Beverage Team operate across several restaurants ranging from fine dining to a traditional 'clubhouse' theme. All of them have their own unique theme and menu offerings.

Shift Opportunities include:

Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 11pm

• Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout
• Being empowering and motivating through delegation to get the best from the team
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
• Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment
