Job summary

Crieff Hydro Limited invites you to join our family at Peebles Hydro as a Front of House focus. From check-in to departure, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service and inject the ‘wow’ factor into our welcome, while supporting the Front of House team under the manager.

We’re seeking a natural leader with reception and booking system experience, excellent listening skills, and a collaborative, guest-first mindset. A friendly personality and flexible attitude are essential.

About the role

From check-in to departure, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service for our guests. You inject the ‘wow’ factor into our welcome. For those moments when we haven’t got it just right, you’ll listen and most importantly act. Passionate about creating outstanding experiences, you’ll walk in our customers shoes - putting them at the heart of everything you do. You will support our Front of House Manager in the day to day running of our Front of House team.
