Job summary

Crieff Hydro Limited’s Isles of Glencoe Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor to support the team in delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume setting.

You'll lead with passion for Scottish produce, train and motivate staff, and find creative ways to boost revenue while maintaining a warm, family-style hospitality. On-site accommodation may be available along with a supportive team and progression opportunities.

The Isles of Glencoe Hotel is in a spectacular spot. A place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and spectacular views. Our team also know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and found some much-loved spots to explore.

About the role

You will support your F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your personality and passion will encourage a strong team spirit, making sure everyone has the training and skills they need to create outstanding, unique guest experiences.
You’ll be hands-on and bring your own style to the role. You’ll put the customer at the heart of every decision, at the same time finding creative ways boost revenue.

Operational and Management experience - in high volume food and drink roles
