InterContinental Hotels Group’s Cloud 23 in Manchester Deansgate is seeking a dynamic Bar Host to welcome guests, guide seating and explain menus, while ensuring a seamless service alongside the Bar Management team.

You will use our booking system to track reservations, assist guests in person, by phone and email with queries or complaints, and contribute to a warm Manchester welcome for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Host, Receptionist or Senior Waiting Staff.
• Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred.
• Ready to join the Manchester Deansgate team and provide a warm Manchester welcome.

As a Bar Host at Cloud 23, your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome (ensuring they are taken to their seats and menus are explained); manage the booking systems to keep track of reservations and ensure confirmations are sent to all customers; assisting our customers in person, over the phone and via email with any queries or complaints and working with the Bar Management team to ensure a seamless service at all times.
