Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group’s Cloud 23 in Manchester Deansgate is seeking a dynamic Bar Host to welcome guests, guide seating and explain menus, while ensuring a seamless service alongside the Bar Management team.

You will use our booking system to track reservations, assist guests in person, by phone and email with queries or complaints, and contribute to a warm Manchester welcome for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Host, Receptionist or Senior Waiting Staff.
• Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred.
• Ready to join the Manchester Deansgate team and provide a warm Manchester welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to seats.
• Manage the F&B booking system and send confirmations.
• Assist customers in person, by phone and email with queries or complaints.
• Collaborate with Bar Management to ensure seamless service.
