Job summary

Houston & Hawkes is recruiting a confident Food & Beverage Duty Manager for Regent’s University London. You will lead daily service across cafés, restaurants and hospitality areas, coach front-of-house teams, and ensure high standards across university events and conferences.

You’ll collaborate with management and culinary teams to keep operations smooth, own rotas and stock, and build strong guest relationships in a busy, quality-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Background in quality-led hospitality, restaurants, hotels or contract catering.
• Hands-on leader with excellent people skills and a passion for great service.
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable balancing different service areas.
• Confident supporting events, solving problems and maintaining high standards.

Houston & Hawkes is looking for a confident, energetic Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Regent’s University London. From busy cafés and contemporary dining to premium hospitality and university events, this is a varied role for someone who loves leading people and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll help shape a welcoming, high-performing operation, supporting our teams and ensuring consistently excellent service across multiple food and beverage outlets.

THE ROLE

• Lead daily food and beverage service across cafés, restaurants and hospitality areas.
