The Role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant (Bar) at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and be an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. Food and Beverage Attendants (Bar) are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to high service standards and procedures
• Keeping the bar area clean and organised
• Supporting the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods
• Assisting bartenders by preparing drinks, serving beverages, and meeting guest needs
• Restocking bar supplies, such as glassware, alcohol, mixers, and garnishes

What We Are Looking For:

• Individuals who remain patient and polite with customers even in times of disagreement and dispute
• People with passion and love for providing an inspiring and joyful work environment for their team partners
• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience & hunger to learn
• Strong communication skills

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week, so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Staff will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
