The Peninsula London is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant (Commis Waiter) to join our Cantonese Restaurant, reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role involves delivering excellent service within the restaurant, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and service sequences.

General Requirements:

• Good knowledge of food and beverage, with a preference for Asian cuisine expertise.
• Experience in bar or barista duties is a plus but not required.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
