Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member at Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth. You will assist residents with meals, help them choose dishes at mealtimes, and ensure the dining area is clean and well stocked. Experience in hospitality is welcome but not required, with DBS and right-to-work checks in place.

Role focuses on supporting dining services, dietary needs awareness, and maintaining a pleasant front-of-house environment for residents and visitors alike.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
• Help residents choose meal options at mealtimes.
• Set dining tables in line with standard operating procedures.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well presented.
• Remove dirty crockery and replenish it throughout the day.
• Keep homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food and fresh fruit replenished in bistro areas.

Food and Beverage Team Member on the bank at Westbourne Tower Care Home, run by Avery Healthcare, a provider of luxury care homes. Work also covers laying tables to set procedures, keeping the front-of-house area clean and stocked with snacks, and noting residents' dietary needs.
