About your role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our exciting new team here at JCB Golf and Country Club. As a Food and Beverages Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our clubhouse, knowing and understanding what it means to deliver amazing hospitality to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere with a personalised welcome to our guests
2. Help gain customer loyalty through the provision of exceptional customer service excellence
3. Take food and drinks orders and efficiently communicate to the bar/kitchen, ensuring prompt arrival to guests
4. Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
5. Ensure that our guests are promptly seated and provided with a menu
6. Monitor guests’ needs closely, whilst maintaining a discreet distance
7. Willingly undertake any necessary training
8. Support your team members in other areas to ensure smooth operation of both front of house and kitchen areas

• Have a can-do attitude, understand all brand standards, read your customers’ needs, and respond accordingly

• Deliver service confidently and tailored to each individual guest
• Embrace teamwork, support colleagues in Food & Beverage outlets, and be willing to assist other departments
