Job summary

Hilton in Birmingham city centre is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant to support our busy breakfast service on an 8-hour per week contract.

You will greet guests warmly, replenish the breakfast buffet, clear tables and help with simple meals and drinks, while upholding the highest hygiene standards and guest satisfaction. A fast-paced team environment rewards energy, teamwork and a positive attitude.

• Prepare simple meals and drinks maintaining hygiene.
• Identify potential sales leads.
• Manage daily tasks like cleaning, food preparation and checks efficiently.
