Hilton Birmingham Metropole is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant to support all F&B operations across the bar, restaurant, room service and events. You will greet guests warmly, take and serve orders, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

We are now recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton Birmingham Metropole's destination bar and restaurant, Brightsmith on the Water. For this fun, sophisticated bar and restaurant we are looking for an Food and Beverage Assistant who has good natural rapport with customers as well as easy-going charisma and warmth. If you are an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant within the restaurant and bar sector we want to hear from you!
