Job summary

Hilton Birmingham Metropole is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support operations across our Brightsmith on the Water venue. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus service charge.

You will greet guests, take and serve orders, set tables, and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout service. Ideal candidates bring warmth, good rapport with customers, and a friendly, easy-going personality to enhance the guest experience.

We are now recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton Birmingham Metropole's destination bar and restaurant, Brightsmith on the Water. For this fun, sophisticated bar and restaurant we are looking for an Food & Beverage Assistant who has good natural rapport with customers as well as easy-going charisma and warmth. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events

• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
