Front of House – Holgates Holiday Park & The Royal Silverdale

Location: Holgates Caravan Park and The Royal in Silverdale

Contract: Flexible Hours | Full-time, Part-time & Seasonal Roles Available

Salary: Competitive | Benefits included

Reports to: Café Bar Supervisors / Food and Beverage Manager

Join our friendly Front of House team delivering exceptional guest experiences across Holgates Caravan Park and The Royal in Silverdale. Whether you’re taking orders, serving drinks, or bringing meals to the table, you’ll play a vital part in our warm and welcoming customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, taking food and drink orders with confidence.
• Serve food and drinks to guests with a smile, ensuring quick and courteous service.
• Keep tables fully stocked with condiments, cutlery and napkins.
• Replenish and organise stock in display cabinets and fridges.
• Keep the bar, café, and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Operate the tills and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  
  

Key Requirements

• A passion for excellent customer service is essential – we want our guests to feel at home!
• Flexibility to work across different locations and roles as business needs vary.
• Reliable transport is required to reach your place of work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A friendly and professional approach with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
