We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality'. What you will be doing?

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables, and providing menus.
• Booking reservations and keeping reservation slots up to date.
• Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of the floor.
• Taking orders, delivering food to guests, and assisting them during their meal.
• Assisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or kitchen.
• Keeping the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times.
• Clearing tables and chairs after events and assisting in closing the restaurant after a shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-paced restaurant environment.
• Available full-time, flexible to work morning, day, and evening shifts.
• Ability to provide guests with up-to-date information and advice on food and beverages.
• Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members.
• Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are desirable!)
