Job summary

Fowey Hall Hotel, part of the Luxury Family Hotel Group (LFH), is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the Bar & Restaurant team in Fowey. This casual worker role involves supporting service, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will work flexible shifts, including weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Job Type

Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business. Flexibility will be key, as shifts will vary and will include some weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
• Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!
• Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
