We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused team player who thrives in a busy environment. If this is you, then we want you to join us at IKEA Exeter to be part of our food team.

We are seeking a variety of candidates for different contracts, including weekend-only, evening, and full-week shifts. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. Opportunities include working in our restaurant serving meals, operating tills, maintaining cleanliness, and working in the kitchen preparing and serving food according to health & safety standards.

Expected Starting Date: 13th July

Interviews between: 21st - 28th June

WHAT WE OFFER

• £12 hourly rate

• 12 - 34 hours per week, working 2 to 5 days over 7, including 3 out of 4 weekends
• Permanent contracts with advanced scheduling

We operate 7 days a week to meet customer needs, offering evening and weekend shifts as well as day shifts. Weekend work is required, and flexibility with shifts will be discussed at interview. You will have every 4th weekend off.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you know your meatball from your plant ball? If so, we want you to help deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high-quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a friendly, passionate team aiming to improve daily.

You should be responsible, lead by example, and inspire both customers and colleagues. The role requires multitasking, food production, and serving, with some heavy lifting. Prior food experience is desirable but not essential if you have a proactive, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

We serve over a million customers yearly across our restaurants worldwide, offering a variety of foods in our bistros and market. IKEA Food is fast-paced, providing opportunities to deliver value and quality daily.

Roles include:

• Kitchen: food prep, cooking, serving, dishwashing
• Restaurant & Swedish Food Market: floor duties, tills, stock replenishment, customer engagement
