Estelle Manor Ltd is seeking an F&B Administrator to keep the department organized, efficient and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and members. You will support rotas, meetings, supplier invoices and inventory while turning data into actionable insights for leaders.
Working closely with F&B Managers and teams, you’ll help monitor service statistics, quality standards and guest feedback, producing reports and spotting trends to continually raise the bar.
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As our F&B Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, working closely with our F&B Managers and wider teams to keep the department organised, efficient and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and members.
From supporting rotas and meetings to keeping on top of supplier invoices and inventory, you’ll have a hand in the detail that keeps our restaurants and bars running smoothly. You’ll also play an important role in looking at what’s happening across the operation from guest feedback and service statistics to quality standards. You’ll pull together reports and use Excel to turn data into clear, easy to understand information, giving our leaders the insight they need to make informed decisions, spot opportunities and continually raise the bar.
And it’s not all away from guests and members, you’ll be confident dealing with VIP enquiries, special requests and larger bookings, building relationships across the estate and making sure the smallest details don’t get missed.
The on target earning potential for our F&B Administrator role is £33,244.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £29,244.80 plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.06 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
