Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House member to join our team. As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
  2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  3. Take food and drink orders confidently.
  4. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.

Experience:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with bartending is beneficial.
  4. Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
