What You’ll Be Doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
2. Taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
3. Ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
4. Delivering food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensuring everything is to their satisfaction.
5. Assisting with seating arrangements and maintaining a clean, organised dining area.
6. Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
7. Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
8. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

1. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
6. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
