The Bull Hotel is located in the centre of Olney and sits at the heart of the local community. A former 17th century coaching inn, now a Pub & Restaurant with Rooms overlooks the Market Place making it a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.

Position

We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House staff to join our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

Front of House duties include:

  1. Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  2. Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  3. Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  4. Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  5. Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  6. Being a supportive and proactive team member
Requirements
  1. Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer facing environment
  2. Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  3. The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
  4. A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us
