Job summary

The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere is opening soon and seeks a Front of House Supervisor to lead the guest journey from welcome to farewell. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager, guiding the team, overseeing service, and maintaining a warm, memorable atmosphere for every guest.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and leadership to a fast-paced, food-led operation with ambitious plans. This role offers room for growth within a renowned inn collection in the Lake District.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee service to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Guide and support the front-of-house team and collaborate with the Assistant Manager.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to delivering high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
