Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is opening The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere and is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join the opening team. You will be the first smiling face for guests and play a vital role in creating a warm, memorable welcome while guiding and supporting the team.

In this fast-paced environment, you will drive guest satisfaction with enthusiasm, professionalism, and leadership, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a hospitality team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee service to ensure a warm and memorable experience.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver smooth operations.

With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you help guide and support the team, creating a positive and lively atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
