Job summary

The Punchbowl Lapworth is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join its front-of-house team. Located in Lapworth, Solihull, this role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high operational standards across dining and bar services.

You will supervise service, train staff, manage reservations and ensure hygiene and safety compliance, while supporting a friendly, professional and guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory role within restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy services.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house service, ensure warm welcome and handle guest feedback.
• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen for efficient service and oversee reservations and events.
• Ensure health and safety, hygiene standards and licensing compliance.
