Job summary

Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the service in our busy restaurant. You will supervise the front-of-house team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold our guest-centric standards.

You’ll inspire staff, deliver exceptional hospitality, manage guest relations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the management team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
