Job summary

Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a casual, vibrant setting.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, mentor staff, maintain brand standards, manage guest relations, assist with training, and support the management team to drive sales while upholding cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
