Job summary

Slim Chickens Bromley, part of Boparan Restaurant Group, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll coordinate front-of-house operations and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for a natural leader with strong hospitality passion, excellent communication, and a calm, organised approach. Weekend/night availability and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
