Job summary

Slim Chickens Milton Keynes is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our fast-paced restaurant team and oversee FOH operations with a focus on delivering stellar guest experiences. You will supervise, mentor, and energise staff to ensure service excellence in a warm, inviting setting.

With a strong emphasis on hospitality standards and brand values, you’ll help drive sales, manage guest relations, and maintain cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
