KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is seeking Full Time Permanent Front of House Assistants to join our restaurant at XXenter centre nameXX Garden Centre. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and working with FOH and kitchen teams. The position offers weekend work and a competitive hourly rate of £10.40–£12.75 depending on age.

Roles are 40 hours per week over 5 days or 30 hours per week over 5 days. Benefits include health plans and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Set up front of house and counters daily to company standards.
• Present menus, serve customers, and offer recommendations.
• Provide counter service and prepare beverages.
• Deliver Chef-prepared meals to customers at their tables.
• Prepare restaurant tables with hygiene and cleanliness.
• Process payments at electronic till points.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
• Close front of house areas daily to company standards.
• May assist with back of house duties.

Job description

We are looking for Full Time Permanent Front of House Assistants to join the team in our Restaurant in XXenter centre nameXX Garden Centre. Our competitive rate of pay ranges from £10.40 to £12.75 per Hour dependent on age. Roles available are 40 per week over 5 days & 30 per week over 5 days. All positions involve weekend work so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, take orders, and serve our fantastic food and drinks to our customer. You will need to have full knowledge of the food and beverage menus and will work closely with your FOH and kitchen teams to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

What you will be doing as a Front of House Assistant?

• Set up and maintain the front of house and counters each day to our company standards
• Presenting menus, serving, and helping customers select food and beverage by offering suggestions
• Providing Counter Service and preparing beverages.
• Deliver our Chef prepared meals to customers at their tables
• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and cleanliness
• Processing payment at electronic till points
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Closing front of house areas each day to our company standards
• May be required to assist with back of house duties
