Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking an experienced Site Planner for the Norwich site on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage master data, coordinate planning across materials to finished goods, and work with multiple teams to support production, supply and site objectives.

You will analyze data using IFS and Excel, drive improvements, and own key planning activities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Site, production, supply or material planning within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of relationships between raw materials, production and finished goods.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with planning systems; IFS experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain master data across planning and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with raw material and finished goods planning to support production planning.
• Use IFS and Excel to analyse information and support decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders across the site and wider business (Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance, Quality).
• Support site and business projects and deliver improvements and new ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide timely information to support operational and commercial decisions.
