Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Planner for a successful FMCG business in the United Kingdom. You will create and maintain daily production plans, balancing customer demand, forecasts, line rates and labour availability to maximise productivity and service levels.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and customers to ensure raw materials and packaging are available, support new product launches, and provide KPI and capacity reports to the S&OP

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning knowledge.
• Proficient in ERP/planning systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily production plans to balance demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and customers to ensure materials availability.
• Analyse planning data and produce KPI and capacity reports for S&OP.
