Job summary

Henderson Brown in Lincolnshire is seeking a skilled Production Planner to join its team. You will create and maintain daily production plans, balancing customer demand with forecasts, line rates and labour availability to maximise productivity and service levels.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and customers to ensure raw materials and packaging are available, support new product launches, peak periods and provide KPI and capacity reports for S&OP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Excellent Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily production plans.
• Balance demand, forecasts, line rates and labour availability.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and customers for materials.
• Support new product launches, promotions and peak planning.
• Maintain ERP data and produce KPI reports for S&OP.
