Job summary

Escape Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a busy FMCG manufacturing team in the UK. You will turn customer orders and forecasts into achievable production plans, ensuring materials are available and products move smoothly through the supply chain.

Working closely with Production, Procurement, and external suppliers, you will manage changing demand, solve problems, and support on-time delivery while maintaining accurate ERP/MRP data.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planning.
• Experience with production schedules, customer demand, stock levels or material requirements.
• Strong Excel ability and ERP/MRP systems.
• Graduates with a related degree may be considered with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans in line with orders and forecasts.
• Plan raw materials and coordinate orders to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as demand changes.
• Analyse sales, forecasts and stock levels to minimise waste and maintain availability.
• Maintain product and inventory data within ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
